Deep Tissue Sports Massage
My treatments blend classic Swedish massage techniques with sports massage protocols such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, and muscle energy techniques. My goal is to deliver an experience that is as relaxing as a spa treatment but as deep and therapeutic as you would receive at a physiotherapy clinic.

Treatments & Pricing
60 minutes • £62.50
A one-hour treatment is a great way to focus on one or two areas.
Runners might prefer a lower body session. Desk workers might enjoy a back, neck and shoulders treatment. It’s up to you!
90 minutes • £84
Our signature treatment and most popular choice among returning clients.
This allows for treatment of muscle groups around all the major joints used in sports and active lifestyles (shoulders, spine, hips, knees, ankles). We can also focus on a specific issue and incorporate passive stretching and active mobility work following the massage.
